Message O2s pumping normal. Consult really doesn't give you much information. I'm confident the timing jitter is absolutely normal, the level however I'm not so sure about.

At this point a possibility might be the MAF. That affects mixture and timing directly. Swap with a known good one from a friend and see if the %A/F converges to the same levels over time. Remember the ECU is "learning" after it's reset.

Even though the O2s are pumping normal I don't believe that's proof positive. If their calibration was off it theoretically could lead to errors in %A/F while the ECU runs closed loop which occurs around idle. I wish someone with real experience/understanding could confirm this.
